经伤椎椎弓根植钉结合中药内服治疗胸腰椎单椎体骨折

目的:观察经伤椎椎弓根植钉手术配合中药分期辩证治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床近远期效果。方法:对30例胸腰椎骨折手术切复伤椎椎弓根植钉钉棒系统内固定,配合中药内服、分期辨证治疗。观察患者Cobb角及伤椎高度恢复情况。结果:随访6～18个月,平均12个月,伤椎高度平均恢复至正常的94.2%(P<0.01),术后一周伤椎矢状面Cobb角,平均为3.80,随访结束时平均为7.10(P<0.01)。结论:经伤椎椎弓根植钉手术配合中药分期辩证治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效满意。

Objective To observe the transpedicular artificial nail operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine staging treatment of thoracic and lumbar vertebral fracture.Long-term results.Methods 30 cases of fracture of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae operation of complex vertebral pedicle nail cutting screw rod system fixation,combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment,staging.Observation of patients with Cobb angle and vertebral height restoration.Results During the follow-up of 6～18 months,an average of 12 months,the average recovery of vertebral body height to normal in 94.2%(P<0.01),a week after vertebral sagittal Cobb angle,for an average of 3.80,the end of follow-up for an average of 7.10(P<0.01).Conclusion transpedicular artificial nail operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture staging with satisfactory results.
