磷霉素氨丁三醇散治疗妊娠中晚期尿路感染30例

Fosfomycin ammonia Ding three alcohol powder in the treatment of urinary tract infection in late pregnancy in 30 cases

目的:探讨磷霉素氨丁三醇散治疗妊娠中晚期尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:选择我院产前门诊检查的妊娠中晚期患有尿路感染的孕妇30例,应用磷霉素氨丁三醇散每日单剂量睡前口服1次,1次1瓶(3克),治疗1-3日。结果:治疗的有效率为96.66%。结论:磷霉素氨丁三醇散治疗妊娠中晚期尿路感染具有疗程短,疗效好,安全性高的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Study of fosfomycin ammonia Ding three alcohol powder in the treatment of urinary tract infection in late pregnancy clinical curative effect.Methods Our hospital antenatal clinic examination in late pregnancy women with urinary tract infection in 30 cases,application of fosfomycin ammonia Ding three alcohol powder orally 1 times daily single dose at bedtime,the 1 of 1 bottles(5.631 grams),treatment of 1-3。.Results Therapeutic efficiency of 96.66%.Conclusion Fosfomycin ammonia Ding three alcohol powder in the treatment of urinary tract infection in late pregnancy with a short course of treatment,the curative effect is good,the advantages of safety,it is worthy of clinical application.
