复方苦参注射液联合斑蝥酸钠维生素B_6注射液治疗癌性胸腔积液临床观察

Compound Kushen injection combined with cantharides sodium vitamin B6injection in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion clinical observation

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液胸腔给药治疗癌性胸腔积液的疗效。方法:对60例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为观察组和对照组,放尽积液的分别注入复方苦参注射液联合斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液及抗肿瘤药物,观察疗效、临床改善症状及生活质量改善情况。结果:观察组与对照组在近期疗效、临床改善症状率及生活质量改善率三方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液注入胸腔治疗癌性胸腔积液疗效好,且能改善患者生活质量及临床症状。

Objective To observe the efficacy of the Compound Kushen injection combined with antharides sodium vitamin B6treatment of malignand pleural effusion.Methods 60 cases of malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into observation group and control group,put the best effusions were injected into the sodium compoundKushen injection combined with cantharides vitamin B6 injection of anticancer drugs,efficacy,clinical improvement of symptoms and lifequality improvement.Result Observation group and control group differences were statistically significant(P <0.05) in term effect,symptoms of clinical improvement rate and improved quality of life.Conclusion Compound Kushen Injection joint the cantharides sodium vitamin B6 injection into the thoracic cavity treatment of malignant pleural effusion,and can improve the quality of life of patients and clinical symptoms.
