肺结节病2例临床分析并文献复习

Clinical analysis of 2 cases with lung sarcoidosis and the literature review

目的:探讨肺结节病的临床特点。方法:报告我院2例肺结节病的临床表现,辅助检查及治疗情况,并结合文献资料进行回顾性分析。结果:结节病常累及多系统多器官,但其一般呈良性过程,预后较好,少数患者病情恶化导致死亡。结论:肺结节病临床比较少见,症状不典型,容易造成误诊及漏诊,早期诊断早期治疗对该病预后十分关键。

Objective To describe the clinical features of the lung sarcoidosis.Methods 2 cases of lung sarcoidosis on the clinical manifestation,assisted examination and treatment were reported and combined literature review was analyzed retrospectively.Results Many systems and many organs were impaired by sarcoidosis.The prognosis is well with a few expections.Conclusion The lung sarcoidosis is easy to be misdiagnosed because there are few reports and typical symptoms of the disease.
