急性脑卒中并发低钠血症的临床分析及对策

Hyponatremia following acute stroke clinical analysis and Countermeasures

目的:探讨急性脑卒中患者低钠血症的常见病因、临床表现及护理对策。方法:回顾性总结急性脑卒中低钠血症患者的临床特点、分型及治疗方法。结果:急性脑卒中患者易发生低钠血症,往往误以为卒中加重,5例误诊,根据病因相应治疗后取得疗效。结论:对急性脑卒中并发低钠血症患者尽早进行鉴别诊断,并根据分型给予相应治疗及临床护理,对改善预后有重要意义。

Objective Acute stroke in patients with common causes of hyponatremia,clinical manifestations and nursing.Methods Retrospective study of hyponatremia in patients with acute stroke clinical features,classification and treatment.Results Acute stroke patients prone to hyponatremia,often mistakenly thought that increasing stroke,5 cases of misdiagnosis,according to cause the corresponding treatment effects were obtained.Conclusion Pairs of hyponatremia in patients with acute stroke diagnosis as soon as possible and in accordance with sub-type to give the appropriate treatment and clinical care,to improve the prognosis important.
