荧光定量PCR检测巨细胞病毒在婴幼儿肺炎中的应用

目的:探讨人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)在婴幼儿肺炎中的感染情况。方法:采集符合临床诊断标准的婴幼儿肺炎患儿尿液,应用荧光定量PCR技术检测HCMV-DNA。结果:234例肺炎患儿中,114例检测结果阳性,120例检测结果阴性,阳性率为48.72%。结论:在婴幼儿肺炎中,HCMV的感染率较高,应引起临床重视,做到早期诊断以利治疗。

Objective To study the human cytomegalo virus(HCMV) infection in infants of pneumonia infection status.Methods Collecting conform to the clinical diagnosis standard infant pneumonia children urine,the application of fluorescence quantitative PCR technical detection HCMV-DNA.Results All 234 cases of pneumonia in children,114 cases of detection result is positive,120 cases of test results negative,positive rate was 48.72%.Conclusion In infant pneumonia,of HCMV infection rate is higher,should cause clinical attention,do early diagnosis and treatment.
