Severe traumatic brain injury patients condition observation and nursing

目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤患者的病情观察和护理。方法:回顾性分析153例重型颅脑损伤患者的病情观察和护理过程,包括意识、瞳孔、生命体征、机体出入量等病情变化的观察和基础护理、呼吸道护理、引流管护理及并发症的护理。结果:临床治愈62例,好转43例,植物生存20例,死亡28例。结论:通过对重型颅脑损伤患者科学严密的病情观察和完善的护理措施,可以提高患者生存质量,降低死亡率,减少并发症,提高治愈率。

Objective To investigate the severe head injury patients condition observation and nursing.Methods A retrospective analysis of 153 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients condition observation and nursing process,including consciousness,pupil,vital signs,and amount of body condition observation and nursing,respiratory tract nursing,nursing of drainage tube and nursing care of complications.Results 62 cases were cured,43 cases improved,plant survival of 20 cases,28 cases of death.Conclusion For patients with severe craniocerebral injury scientific strict observation and improvement of care measures,can improve the life quality of patients,reducing mortality,reduce the complications,improve the cure rate.
