摘要
总结我院2009年1月～2011年1月对17例12岁以下的儿童行心脏瓣膜置换手术,术后予以华法林抗凝治疗,术后未出现血栓、栓塞和出血等并发症,复查超声心动图显示瓣膜开关良好,心功能均恢复至Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。随访1～3年,无一例死亡。
Sum up my courtyard in 2009 January ～2011 year in January 17 cases of children under 12 years of age undergoing cardiac valve replacement operation,postoperative to warfarin anticoagulation therapy,postoperative thrombosis,embolism and no complications such as bleeding,repeated ultrasound heartbeat graph shows good valve switch,cardiac function recovered to grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ.During the 1～3 years of follow-up,with no deaths.
