摘要
目的:分析、观察胰岛素与水凝胶治疗老年糖尿病褥疮的效果及护理方法。方法:局部彻底清创处理后,喷洒胰岛素,用水凝胶填充创面,美肤康覆盖。结果:第二周:渗出减少,见红色肉芽组织。第三周:肉芽组织生长,伤口明显缩小。第四周:伤口结痂,创面基本愈合。结论:胰岛素与水凝胶外敷治疗老年糖尿病褥疮疗效显著,患者无不良反应,是安全、有效、易操作的治疗方法。
Objective Analysis of effect of insulin,and gel in treating senile diabetic bedsore nursing method.Method Local debridement treatment,spraying water gel filled with insulin,wound,skin health coverage.Result Week second: reducing exudation,see red granulation.Third weeks: the growth of granulation tissue,wound significantly reduced.Article around: the wound scab,wound healing.Conclusion Insulin and hydrogel in treating senile diabetic bedsore notable curative effect,no adverse reactions in patients,is a safe,effective,easy operation treatment method.
