重症监护病房护理安全隐患分析及防范措施

Safety Management and Precautionary Measure in the Intensive Care Units

目的:探讨重症监护病房存在的护理安全隐患及防范措施。方法:回顾性分析我院重症监护病房近年来发生的各类护理安全隐患发生原因及采取具体防范措施。结果:48例安全隐患由于及时发现、措施得当,未造成严重后果。结论:只有不断提高重症监护病房护理人员的安全防范意识,针对各种因素采取相应的预防措施进行干预,才能有效救治危重患者,提高护理质量。

Objective To investigate the safety management and precautionary measure in the Intensive Care Units.Methods the risk of nursing and respond to that method is summarized based on the retrospective analysis,from January 2009 to January 2012.Result A total of fourty eight critically ill patients were identified,involving 16 men and 12 women.The results showed that accidental extubation and bedsore had higher risks to nursing safety than others.Patients who taken precautionary measures had better efficacy of treatment.Conclusion Current evidence suggests that there is association between the safety management and the efficacy of treatment.Complete safety management during the therapeutic procedure improved the patients,treatment confidence and compliance.
