护理专业学生良好卫生和行为习惯的养成教育策略研究

Strategy Study in Forming Education for Nursing Major Students to Develop Healty Sanitation and Behavior Habits

职业素质的高低是衡量学生能否顺利就业的标尺,职业素质的培养已成为职业院校重要的育人目标。护士生除具有较高的专业技能外,还应具有良好的卫生和行为习惯。文章把宿舍列为培养护士生职业素质的第二课堂,摸索出一套培养住宿生良好卫生和行为习惯的方法、途径,运用于学校教育、管理中,加快实现人才培养的目标。

Professional quality is a creteria to measure whether the graduates can be employed smoothly,and the quality's cultivation has become a goal for professional colleges to educate students.In addition to high professional skills,nurses should develop good sanitation and behavior habits.The paper focus on setting accomodations as the second class to cultivate nurses'professional quality,and tries to find out a series of methods and approaches to educate the residents to form healthy sanitation and behavior,which will be applied to college education and management to speed up the achievement of the intellectual cultivation.
