摘要
目的:探讨临床护士工作压力水平及相关因素;方法:采用工作压力源量表对我院182名护士进行调查;结果:担心工作中出现差错,经常倒班,工资及其不同岗位、护龄、学历的护士的工作压力源存在统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:来自患者护理方面的问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题是临床护士的主要压力源。护理管理者应针对具体情况采取有效措施缓解压力。
Objective To investigate the clinical nurses' working stress levels and related factors;Methods Job stressors scale of 182 nurses were investigated the results of fear;work errors,often shift,wages and different positions,nursing age,degree of work pressure source of nurses had statistical significance(P<0.05);the conclusions derived from patient care issues,the nursing profession and work problems is the main source of pressure of clinical nurses.Nursing administrators should in light of the specific conditions and take effective measures to ease the pressure.
