对急诊科护士工作场所暴力原因的分析及应对策略

目的:分析我院急诊科护士工作场所暴力的原因,提出有效地应对策略。方法:对我院急诊科护士进行一般资料的调查,并详细询问2011年1月～2012年8月所遭受的工作场所的暴力。结果:在此期间急诊科护士均遭受过工作场所的暴力,在护士自身、急诊科环境、患者的宣教等方面都要积极地做出应对策略。结论:工作场所的暴力时刻威胁着急诊科护士身心的健康,医院管理部门应积极地采取措施,保护急诊科护士的人身安全。

Objective Analysis of emergency department nurses workplace violence causes,puts forward effective coping strategies.Methods To my courtyard for nurses in emergency department of general survey data,and in 2011 January to 2012 August asked in detail by workplace violence.Results In the emergency department of our hospital nurses to carry out general survey data,and in 2011 January to 2012 August asked in detail by workplace violence.Emergency During the period of emergency department nurses were subjected to violence in the workplace,in nurses,emergency department environment,patienteducation,should actively respond strategy.Conclusion Workplace violence threaten physical and mental health of nurses in emergency department,hospital management should take positive measures,to protect the personal safety of nurses in emergency department.
