水汽枪与传统冲洗在张口受限患者清洁度的对比性研究

Comparative study on oral cleanliness and comfort in patients with limited mouth opening after flushing with high pressure water air pistol or medical bucket

目的:对比研究高压水汽枪与吊桶传统冲洗在张口受限患者中的口腔清洁度与舒适度的差异。方法:对100例张口受限患者使用高压水汽枪与吊桶冲洗进行分组治疗,治疗分组采用随机、单盲法的进行对照试验。结果:汽水枪冲洗对于整个口腔清洁度、舒适度效果优于吊桶冲洗(P<0.05)。结论:高压水汽枪冲洗提高口腔清洁度、舒适度显著,今后应推广指导这一方法的实施。

Objective To study on oral cleanliness and comfort in patients with limited opening mouth after flushing with high pressure water air pistol or medical bucket. Methods 100 patients with mouth limited opening using high pressure water air pistol and bucket flushing was divided into group therapy, treatment group carried out contrast experiment by random and single blind. Results The effect of oral cleanliness and comfort of high pressure water air pistol group was better than bucket flushing group(P <0.05). Conclusion Using high pressure water air pistol flushing significantly improve oral cleanliness and comfort,so that to guide and promote this method in the future.
