摘要 目的:研究骨改建模拟方法在口腔种植修复中的可靠性。方法:采用临床下颌二植体支持式种植覆盖义齿数据建立骨改建模型,通过骨改建模拟实验结果与临床结果的对比验证骨改建模拟方法的可靠性。结果:在24个月时,骨改建模型中种植体周围皮质骨密度最终达到1.899g/cm^3,松质骨密度最终达到1.136g/cm^3,均比起始数值高,临床回访病例X线片显示种植体周围未见明显骨吸收。结论:骨改建研究与临床病例结果高度一致,骨改建模拟在口腔种植修复中高度可靠,该方法可以为种植术后种植体周围骨水平的变化提供准确预测。 Objective To study the reliability of bone remodeling simulation in dental implant restoration.Methods A bone remodeling model was established through clinical data of mandibular two implant supported overdenture,and the reliability of bone remodeling simulation method was verified by comparing the results of bone remodeling simulation with clinical results.Results In the 24 month bone remodeling model,the cortical bone density around the implant eventually reached 1.899 g/cm^3,and the density of the cancellous bone reached 1.136 g/cm^3,both the data were higher than the initial value.The X-ray data showed no obvious bone resorption around the implant.Conclusion The bone remodeling study is highly consistent with the clinical case results.Bone remodeling simulation is highly reliable in dental implant restoration.This method can provide accurate prediction for the changes of bone level around the implant.
