改良筋膜横切口皮内美容缝合技术在妇产科手术切口缝合中的美容效果研究

Cosmetic Effect of Modified Fascia Transverse Incision Intradermal Beauty Suture for Gynecological Obstetric Incision Suture

目的:探讨改良筋膜横切口皮内美容缝合技术用于妇产科手术切口缝合的美容效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年2月笔者医院妇产科手术患者110例,随机分为观察组(n=56)和对照组(n=54),观察组给予改良筋膜横切口皮内美容缝合技术,对照组给予传统缝合技术,观察两组缝合时间、切口愈合情况等。结果:观察组缝合时间为(3.54±0.92)min,明显低于对照组的(8.37±1.13)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组切口甲级愈合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组愈合瘢痕宽度和拆线时间分别为(1.02±0.21)mm和(5.02±1.12)d,明显少于对照组的[(2.16±0.30)mm,(7.22±1.07)d,P<0.05]。观察组切口瘢痕满意率为96.43%,明显高于对照组(81.48%,P<0.05)。结论:改良筋膜横切口皮内美容缝合技术用于妇产科手术切口缝合有较好的效果,患者满意率高。

Objective To investigate the cosmetic effect of modified transverse fascial incision intradermal cosmetic suture technique in gynecological obstetric incision suture. Methods From January 2017 to February 2018, 110 patients with obstetrics and gynecology surgery were randomly divided into the observation group(n=56) and the control group(n=54), the observation group was given improved transverse fascial incision intradermal cosmetic suture technology, the control group was given traditional suture technology. The suture time and wound healing of the two groups were observed. Results The suture time in the observation group was(3.54±0.92)min, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(8.37±1.13)min, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in grade A healing rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). The width of scar healing and the time of thread removal in the observation group were(1.02±0.21)mm and(5.02±1.12)d, which were significantly less than those in the control group((2.16±0.30)mm,(7.22±1.07)d,P<0.05)The satisfaction rate of incision scar in the observation group was 96.43%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.48%, P<0.05). Conclusion Modified transverse fascial incision intradermal cosmetic suture technique for gynecological and obstetric surgery incision suture has a better effect, patients with high satisfaction rate of scar.
