采用受精卵消毒法进行南美白对虾人工育苗的试验

Experiments on artificial breeding of Penaeus vannamei by way of disinfecting the fertilized eggs

2002年5～6月,在南美白对虾人工育苗过程中,采用对受精卵和育苗用水进行消毒处理的方法,试验组平均成活率为37.69%,对照组平均成活率仅为20.42%。试验结果表明:采用受精卵消毒法,可以减少育苗期间疾病的发生,是提高南美白对虾育苗成活率的有效手段。

By way of disinfecting the fertilized eggs and the sea water, the experiments on artificial breeding of Penaeus vannamei were carried out during 5-6, 2002. The average survival rate of test term was 37.69%, and that of contrast term was 20.42%. The trial result indicated that, in order to decrease the occurrence rate of disease and raising the survival rate during the period when the larvae were bred, the method of disinfecting the fertilized eggs was effective and necessary.
