果蔬采后病害生物防治研究进展
摘要
对果蔬采后病害生物防治进行了综述,阐述了利用拮抗有益微生物、诱导寄主抗病和植物天然产物等生物防治方法进行果蔬保鲜的可能性,以及当前利用拮抗微生物的种类、特征、作用机理和果蔬采后病害生物防治的应用前景。
