本文首次报告了黑穗醋栗(Ribes nigrum L)未受精胚珠培养体细胞胚状体的扫描电镜观察。胚状体发育早期存在着正常胚状体和各种畸形胚状体。胚状体萌发形成的玻璃化根可能是后期培养条件不适合而造成的。

Abstract Scanning electron microscopic observation on somatic embryioid in the Black Currant (Ribes nigrum L.) is here reported for the first time. It was found that there exist normal embryoids as well as various dcformational ones in earlier period of growth. The cause of embryoid forming weak plant may be the ur:aitablc conditions of cultivation in latter period of growth.
