Innovation and Supply-side Reform Study on Service Industry for Underdeveloped Provinces along the “Belt and Road”

'供给侧结构性改革'的提出为服务业创新能力研究提供了新的思路。结合'一带一路'倡议的发展契机,对服务业创新供给侧进行建模与分析研究。对'一带一路'沿线12个经济欠发达省份的服务业创新供给侧进行熵值法评价,并在此基础上进行供给侧的聚类分析,根据定量分析结论提出供给侧改革的措施建议。

The proposal of'supply-side structural reform'provides new ideas for the research of service innovation capacity.Combining the development opportunity of the One Belt And One Road strategy,this paper focused on the innovation supply side of the service industry.First,this paper evaluated the innovation supply side of service industry in 12 underdeveloped provinces along the'Belt and Road'by entropy method,and then carried on the cluster analysis on the supply side.According to the conclusion of quantitative analysis,some suggestions on supply-side reform are put forward for the promotion of innovation ability of service industry in these provinces.
