Through the theory of wage difference, the article interprets the difference in salary from the influence of occupational nature and the impact of wage policy. Clarify the differences between the secretaries of the board of directors and the traditional administrative secretaries, explain the differences in functions, differences in job requirements, and the pressures and risks of work, explain the reasons for the difference in pay between the two, and from human capital investment and laborers. Suggestions for career development are conducive to narrowing the pay gap between the two.
