摘要
无论是从世界范围来看,还是从我国实际情况出发,伴随经济的发展,生育率有下降的趋势。本文利用成本—效益分析方法简要说明了经济因素对生育率的影响,并对稳定低生育率应采取的经济措施进行了分析。
No matter according to ran g e of the w orld,or proceed from actual conditions of our countr y,following th e development of economy,fertility rate has the tend ency to drop.This thesis utilizes the analytical method of Cost-Benef it to state the impact of the ec onomic factors on fertility rate b riefly,and analyzes the economic measures th at should be taken to steady low fertility rate.
