ECE R78.03 Testing Method and Research on Motorcycle ABS Braking System

我国摩托车产销量大,但总体技术较为落后,随着新版欧洲摩托车法规的发布实施,欧洲2016年1月1日、日本2018年10月1日起新车型L3类摩托车,排量125 ml以上车辆将强制安装ABS制动系统。我国包含摩托车ABS制动系统测试的新法规GB 20073—201×《摩托车和轻便摩托车制动性能要求及试验方法(征求意见稿)》已于2015年8月份提出。随着国内出口车辆的认证需求及新版国标制动标准的推进,摩托车ABS制动系统的测试将成为摩托车制动性能重点考核项目之一。本文重点对ECE R78.03新版法规关于摩托车ABS制动系统测试方法进行了简要的介绍,并对法规中部分重点条款提出了自己的理解。

Chinese motorcycle industry has the characteristic of large production and sales volume but the low technology level.The use of ABS braking system on L3 Type motorcycle and 125 mL motorcycle has become mandatory.China has implemented the GB 20073-201 X Requirements and Testing Methods for the Braking Performance of Motorcycle and Moped(draft for comments) in August 2015.With the demands of export certification for domestic made motorcycle and the improvement of new edition of international braking standard,the testing for motorcycle braking system will become one of the key important testing items for motorcycle braking performance.This paper mainly introduces the testing methods in this standard and the views on some key items in the standard.
