摘要
2016年,我国互联网舆情呈现诸多鲜明特征,如年轻网民进入舆论主场,圈层化传播凸显,舆论压力转移,话题分布多元,等等。这些特征的形成,一定程度上受作用于媒介传播方式和社会结构的变化。本文着重对2016年各种新媒介形态对舆情生成发酵的影响,舆情传播的新特点与新规律,舆情热点分布背后的社会特征以及舆情的引导和管理新动向等问题进行分析和研究,力图为全面了解社会转型期中国网络舆论场提供一个有价值的观察视角。
In 2016,China’s Internet public opinions emerged a lot of distinctive features, such as young Internet users entering the central field of public opinions, the standing out of circled communication, the transfer of public opinion pressure, the diversification of public opinion topics, etc. The formations of these features were, to some extent, influenced by the changes of media transmission mode and social structure. This paper focuses on analyzing the influence of various new media forms in formation and development of public opinions in 2016, the new emerging features and tendency of public opinions,the social characteristics behind the distribution of public opinions and the new development of the guidance and management of public opinions, in order to provide comprehensive understanding of online public opinion in China during the period of social transformation.
