摘要 MOOC的发展顺应了现代信息技术与高等教育的深度融合趋势,成为强力推动高等教育教学改革的一股力量,但高校必须认清MOOC教学的发展困境,并从教学质量提升的层面采取积极的应对措施。对MOOC当前自身功能的困境、教育主体的困境和高校教学管理的困境三个层面进行分析,并从推行混合式教学模式、教师在线教学能力培养、加强在线教学过程管理、制定教学激励与评价制度四个方面提出了MOOC质量提升的对策。 The development of Massive Open Online Courses(MOOC)conforms to the trend of the deep integration of modern information technology and higher education which becomes a strong force to push the reform of higher education.Colleges and universities must recognize the development predicament of MOOC teaching and take positive measures from the aspect of improving teaching quality.This paper analyzes the predicaments of MOOC teaching from three aspects:its functions,its education subjects and its teaching management.The countermeasures to improve MOOC quality are included in the following four aspects:implementing the mixed teaching mode,training teachers' online teaching ability,strengthening the online teaching process management and establishing teaching incentive and evaluation systems.
