摘要
通过对翻转课堂内涵及特点的分析,并结合职业教育教学中存在的问题,建构出适合高职院校学生学习的翻转课堂教学模型,并依此展开教学实验。研究发现:翻转课堂教学显著提高了学生的学习兴趣、注意力、学习能力,但在学生的学习态度、学习动机、合作意识方面并未表现显著;实验班级学生的学习成绩相比于平行班级得到了显著提高;近80%的学生表示很喜欢此种教学模式。依据上述研究实践提出了相应的改进建议。
This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of flipped classroom,explores the problems in vocational education teaching,constructs a flipped classroom teaching model suitable for students' learning in vocational colleges and conducts an accordingly teaching experiment.The research findings are as follows:Firstly,flipped classroom teaching significantly improves students' learning interest,attention and learning ability while it has little impact on students' learning attitude,learning motivation,and cooperative consciousness.Secondly,students' academic record in experiment class have significantly improved compared with those in the parallel class.Thirdly,nearly 80%students said they prefer the practical teaching model and are willing to use it in the future studies.Finally,suggestions for future teaching and research are put forward according to the above-mentioned research and pratice.
