就读期望与科研投入对研究生创新能力的影响

The Influence of School Attendance Expectations and Research Input on the Innovation Capability of the Graduate Student

研究生创新能力是衡量研究生质量的核心指标之一。通过对417份有效问卷的分析表明,研究生就读期望、科研投入对创新能力产生了重要影响。研究结果显示:研究生个体特征、就读期望、科研投入影响研究生创新能力;研究生就读期望正向影响科研投入;研究生科研投入在就读期望和创新能力间起到中介作用。据此,提出激发研究生创新动机,提升研究生科研投入度,从而促进研究生创新能力提升的对策建议。

The innovation capability of graduate students is one of the core indicators to assess the quality of the graduate student.The analysis of 417 questionnaires finds that school attendance expectations and research input have important influence on the innovation capability of the graduate student.The research results show that individual characteristics,school attendance expectations and the research input of graduate students affect their innovation capability.Among others,school attendance expectation positively influences graduate students' research input;the latter plays an intermediary role in school attendance expectations and innovation capability.The paper thereby proposes to stimulate innovation motivation and raise research input,so as to promote graduate students' innovation capability.
