摘要
创新创业教育已渐次从以数量增长为核心的初级阶段转向立体化、系统化纵深发展。高校是创新创业教育的主体,在搜集2015年以来35所"985"高校出台的创新创业教育政策文本后,基于扎根理论的研究过程,结合NVivo11软件和内容分析法,进行编码和理论整合,从文本中了解高校政策执行中的着力点和发展方向,分析其具体措施的价值标准,将政策工具分为需求面政策、供给面政策和环境面政策。在对政策文本反复读取和归纳的过程中,厘清当前创新创业教育发展的趋势和存在问题,寻找本土化的教育模式,促进创业生态环境建设,并为地方本科院校的创新创业教育改革提供借鉴。
Innovative entrepreneurship education has gradually turned from the initial stage which is centered on quantity increase to three-dimensional,systematic development.Colleges and universities are the main body of innovative entrepreneurship education.This research collects the policy texts of innovative entrepreneurship education in 35 "985 Project"universities after 2015,bases on the research process of grounded theory,and conducts coding and theory integration on the basis of content analysis and NVivo11 software.The focus and development direction of policy implementation can be understood from the texts;the value standard of specific measure is analyzed;and the policy instrument is divided into demand-side policy,supplyside policy and environment-side policy.In the process of repeatedly reading and summarizing the policy text,the author clarifies the direction and predicament of current innovative entrepreneurship education,seeks localized education mode,promotes the construction of entrepreneurial ecological environment,and provides reference for the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education of the local colleges.
