摘要
马来西亚作为一个后发外生型国家,并没有完全模仿和照搬他国人才培养模式,而是基于本国社会实际需要与本土文化,充分发挥教育主体的作用,不断实现人才培养模式的变革。人才培养模式变革是一个开放的、不断完善的动态过程,可以从全局的视角,通过对马来西亚人才培养模式变革历史进程的分析,探索人才培养模式变革的有效路径并得出借鉴与启示。
As alate-developing exogenous country,Malaysia has not completely imitated and copied the talent-training model of other countries.Instead,it gives full play to the role of education subjects based on the actual needs of society and local culture.It has continuously realized the change of the talent-training model.The reform of talent training mode is an open and continuous dynamic process.From the overall perspective,through the analysis of the historical process of talent training model change in Malaysia,we can explore the effective path of the talent training model reform and draw some reference and enlightenment from the process.
