摘要
地方本科院校在高等教育体系中处于'尴尬的中间层',导致学生管理存在理念上不适应应用型人才培养目标、方式上不能满足学生发展诉求、学生认识上因偏差参与动力不足等问题。因此,在转型发展背景下,地方本科院校通过构建民主、参与、共享的学生管理机制来解决这些问题,满足学生个性化、多样化发展需求,提升学生的可持续发展能力。
Local undergraduate colleges are in the'awkward middle layer'in the higher education system,resulting in the problems of student management,such as the idea of not adapting to the training goals of application-oriented talents,not meeting the demands of students’development,and the deviation of students’understanding and lack of motivation to participate.Therefore,in the context of transformation and development,it is necessary for local undergraduate to establish a democratic,participatory and shared student management mechanism to meet the personalized and diversified development needs of students and enhance their sustainable development ability.
