摘要
促进科教深度融合的人才培养模式主要有本科生导师制、产出导向的产学合作培养模式、本科研究生贯通人才培养模式、基于科技创新项目的创新型人才培养模式、以学生为中心的研究型人才培养模式等五种。我国高等教育人才培养模式存在人才培养目标单一化、培养方案的课程体系建设不科学、科教融合理念和制度保障的实质性落地需要加强等问题。可以通过细化学校类型和人才培养分流机制、完备优化课程体系、把科研更好地融入课堂教学体系和实践教学体系、引导教师树立正确的科教融合观念和制度保障来创新人才培养模式。中国矿业大学(北京)通过实施本科生全程导师制,深化人才培养模式改革,推进科教深度融合,提升人才培养质量。
There are five modes of talent training to promote the deep integration of scientific research and teaching,namely,the undergraduate tutorial system,output-oriented industrylearning cooperative training mode,integrated talents training model for undergraduate and graduate students,innovative talents training mode based on scientific and technological innovation projects,and student-centered research-oriented talent training mode.The problems in the talent-training mode of higher education in China include the simplification of training objectives,the unscientific construction of curriculum system,the weakness of the substantial implementation of the concept of integration of science and education and system guarantee.We can innovate the talent training mode by specifying the types of schools and the diversion mechanism of talent training,perfecting and optimizing the curriculum system,better integrating scientific research into classroom teaching system and practical teaching system.We also guide teachers to establish a correct concept of integration of scientific research and teaching and guarantee the system.The China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing)has implemented the whole-course tutorial system for undergraduates to deepen the reform of the talent training mode,promote the in-depth integration of scientific research and teaching,and improve the quality of talent training.
