大学生参与高校内部治理的现状研究——基于湖南省高校样本的调查与分析

A Study on the Status Quo of College Students’ Participation in Internal Governance of Colleges and Universities:Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Colleges and Universities Samples in Hunan Province

大学生是提高高校内部治理能力与效率的重要力量。以湖南省高校为样本,对大学生参与高校内部治理的现状进行问卷调查。研究结果显示大学生具备强烈的参与意愿,大学生参与高校治理体现出参与满意度较低,参与层次较低、参与事务的内容狭窄、参与渠道比较单一的特点。性别、学生干部身份、大学生参与治理的意愿和能力与大学生参与高校内部治理的需求呈正相关。建议高校应通过提升大学生参与治理的意识与能力、厘清大学生参与高校事务的范围、完善保障学生参与治理的规章制度、健全学生组织四个方面改善大学生参与高校内部治理的现状。

College students are an important force to improve the internal governance ability and efficiency of colleges and universities.Taking colleges and universities in Hunan province as samples,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the status quo of college students’participation in the internal governance of universities.The results show that college students have a strong willingness to participate,but their participation in university governance reflects the characteristics of low satisfaction with participation,low participation level,narrow content of participation in affairs,and relatively single channels of participation.Gender,status of student cadres,willingness and ability of college students to participation in governance are positively correlated with the demand of college students to participate in internal governance.It is suggested that colleges and universities should improve the status quo of college students’participation in internal governance by enhancing their awareness and ability of participation in governance,clarifying the scope of college students’participation in college affairs,perfecting the rules and regulations to ensure students’participation in governance,and improving student organizations.
