高校“双创”人才培养的多元协同机制研究

Research on the Collaborative Mechanism of“Entrepreneurship and Innovation”Talents Cultivation in University

摘要 高校'双创'人才培养是一项系统工程,应注重多主体共同参与,形成多元协同机制,培育大学生的双创意识、双创能力、双创品质。当前该机制存在协同范畴局限、协同内容片面与协同运行机制构建单一等问题。主要对策有:多方位营造良好的协同育人环境,建构利益共同体并完善多元主体动力机制,厘清协同育人核心要素并构建'制度、资源、流程、文化'运行机制体系,等等。 'Entrepreneurship and Innovation'talent cultivation in colleges is a systematic project,and it should pay attention to the participation of multiple subjects,form multiple collaborative mechanism,and cultivate and improve the awareness capacity and quality of entrepreneurship and innovation of college students.However,at present,there are some deep-seated problems in the mechanism,such as the limited scope,partial content and unitary construction of the cooperative operation mechanism.The main countermeasures are as follows:to create a good collaborative education environment in multiple directions,construct a community of interests to improve the multi—subject driving mechanism,sort out the seven core elements of collaborative education and construct a systematic operating mechanism system of'system,resources,process and culture'according to the elements.
