摘要
高等学校社团是学生自我生长和大学人才培养的重要平台,具有不可替代的教育价值。通过对Z大学近80家社团的实证研究发现,参与社团活动的类型、动机、深度和质量与学生的就业能力呈现不同程度的相关性,参与深度相关性较为显著;参与社团活动的类型、动机与深度对学生就业能力的发展具有显著影响。为充分生成社团的育人价值,促进学生的自我发展,高等学校应引导学生理性选择社团、深度参与社团活动;激励教师发挥指导作用、监督社团完善活动管理;重申学生社团的育人功能,扩充学生社团支持系统。
As an important platform for students’self-growth and universities’talent cultivation,students associations in universities and colleges have irreplaceable educational value.Through the empirical study of nearly eighty students societies in Z University,it is found that the types,motivations,depth and quality of participating in the association activities are correlated with students’employability to varying degrees,and the depth of participation is significant correlated.The type,motivation and depth of participating in association activities have a significant impact on the development of students’employability.In order to fully develop the educational value of associations and promote students’self-development,colleges and universities should guide students to choose associations rationally and participate in association activities in depth,encourage teachers to play a guiding role and supervise the associations to improve the management of activities.At the same time,it reiterates the educational function of student associations and expands the support system of student associations.
