神东各选煤厂块煤系统处理能力提升的措施

Measures to increase the capacity of coarse coal processing system in the coal preparation plants of Shendong

以提升块煤系统处理能力为目标,对比神东煤炭集团洗选中心各选煤厂块煤系统生产能力,查找制约块煤系统入洗率的主要因素;结合洗选中心管理实际,提出提高原煤筛分效率、拓宽块煤入洗粒级、采取防破碎措施、优化设备工艺性能等改进方案;并针对主要措施进行了经济效益分析,为企业提升块煤系统处理能力提供可行方案和决策依据。

In order to increase the processing capacity of coarse coal system,the production capacities of coarse coal system in the coal preparation plants of Shendong Coal Group were compared to find out the main factors that restricted the processing rate of coarse coal. Based on the actual management level of the Processing Center,the modification measures such as the improvement of raw coal screening efficiency, the increase of the feed size range of coarse coal processing system, the shatterproof method of coarse coal and the optimization of processing equipment are put forward. The economic benefits of these main measures are analyzed to provide the feasible schemes and the decision-making foundation for the increase of the processing capacity of coarse coal system for enterprises.
