外商直接投资对陕西省能源消耗的影响研究

Research on the impact of foreign direct investment on energy consumption in Shaanxi province

分析了陕西省外商直接投资和能源消费现状,选取2000—2012年间陕西省外商直接投资实际利用额和能源消耗的数据,运用对数模型分析了陕西省直接外商投资和国内固定投资对能源消耗总量的影响。结果表明,外商直接投资和国内投资数量的增长都对陕西省能源消耗起到了正效应,但二者对陕西省能源消耗的影响也有区别,外商直接投资的重点集中于高耗能、高污染的第二产业,技术效应为正。最后,就陕西省合理利用外商直接投资提出了政策建议。

This paper analyzed the status of foreign direct investment and energy consumption in Shaanxi Province,selected the actual utilization amount and energy consumption of foreign direct investment in Shaanxi province from 2000 to 2012,and used logarithmic model to analyze the impact of direct foreign investment and domestic fixed investment on total energy consumption in Shaanxi province.The results showed that the growth of foreign direct investment and domestic investment had a positive effect on energy consumption in Shaanxi province,but the focus of foreign direct investment is on the secondary industry with high energy consumption and high pollution,and the technical effect is positive.Finally,the policy recommendations for the rational use of foreign direct investment in Shaanxi province were put forward.
