Through the research,refinement and practice of the classical management theory,combined with the requirements of the high-quality development of the central government and the decision-making deployment of the superior company,taking the coal market orientation and the development strategy of the coal enterprise as the leading factor,the purpose and significance of the high-quality with the state-owned enterprises was studied and analyzed according to local conditions.From the aspects of low-cost operation,improving product quality,innovative technology management,improving the quality of the workforce and strengthening employment management,asset management,the effective high-quality development initiatives were taken,and the operating costs of all links was reduced,the quality of services and products were improved,which had a good demonstration role for the transformation and upgrading of large state-owned energy enterprises,and a set of high-quality development models of modern enterprises were formed with Shendong characteristics.
