内蒙古“煤炭-经济-环境”协同发展研究

Study on the cooperative development of “Coal-Economy-Environment” in Inner Mongolia

在分析'煤炭-经济-环境'三者关系的基础上,构建了'煤炭-经济-环境'协同度评价指标体系,对比不同协同度评价的计算方法,提出与指标体系相适合的隶属度计算模型,并以内蒙古为例,研究了内蒙古'煤炭-经济-环境'协同发展情况,从协同角度为我国区域煤炭资源的开发利用决策提供了参考。

On the basis of analyzing the relationship between'Coal-Economy-Environment',the'Coal-Economy-Environment'coordination degree evaluation index system was constructed,and then the calculation methods of different synergy evaluations were compared,and the calculation model of membership degree suitable for the evaluation index system is put forward.Taking Inner Mongolia as an example,the coordinated development of'Coal-Economy-Environment'in Inner Mongolia is studied,from the perspective of coordination,it provided a reference for the development and utilization of regional coal resources in China.
