绿色金融支持资源型城市转型研究——以辽源市为例

Research on green finance supporting resource-based city transformation——Taking Liaoyuan City as an example

为化解资源型城市转型发展中存在的转型进展缓慢和金融支持无力问题,以吉林省辽源市的转型路径为例,通过探究金融支持下的煤炭资源型城市转型发展和绿色金融保障下的煤炭资源型城市转型特征,系统分析了不同金融工具在辽源市资源型城市转型中的优缺点及可能带来的资源型城市转型新问题。最后,根据资源型城市转型发展具体特点和需求,提出了绿色金融支持资源型城市转型发展的对策与建议,可为其他资源型城市转型提供参考。

In order to solve the problems of slow progress and inadequate financial support in the transformation and development of resource-based cities,taking the transformation path of Liaoyuan City in Jilin Province as an example,the transformation characteristics of coal-based cities were explored under financial support and green financial support,and the advantages and disadvantages of different financial instruments in the transformation of resource-based cities in Liaoyuan City and the new problems of resource-based urban transformation that may be brought about were analyzed systematically.Finally,according to the specific characteristics and needs of resource-based urban transformation and development,the countermeasures and suggestions for green finance to support the transformation and development of resource-based cities were put forward,which can provide reference for the transformation of other resource-based cities.
