国务院《打赢蓝天保卫战三年行动计划》提出将优化调整货物运输结构,大幅提升铁路货运比例,通过3年(2018—2020年)努力,大幅减少大气污染、改善环境空气质量。回顾了我国煤炭消费量和煤炭供应能力在宏观经济周期中的演变,分析了在供给侧改革背景下煤炭供应格局的变化趋势,指明了在蒙华铁路开通将对我国煤炭运输格局带来的重大影响。

The State Council’s'Three-Year Action Plan to Win the Blue Sky Defence War'proposes to optimize and adjust the cargo transportation structure and significantly increase the proportion of railway freight transportation.Through three years(2018-2020)efforts,the air pollution will be greatly reduced and the ambient air quality will be improved.This paper reviewed the evolution of China’s coal consumption and coal supply capacity in the macroeconomic cycle,analyzed the changing trend of coal supply pattern under the supply-side reform background,and pointed out that the opening of Menghua Railway will bring about China’s coal transportation pattern.Tremendous influence.
