摘要
告成煤矿为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,其主采二1煤层为突出煤层,且较难抽放。为有效解决低透气性突出煤层瓦斯治理难题,开展了穿层钻孔水力压裂增透抽采瓦斯技术研究。研究表明:穿层钻孔水力压裂可显著提高煤层透气性,并使瓦斯抽采浓度及纯量大大增加,有效解决了低透气性煤层瓦斯难以抽采的问题,可作为高瓦斯矿井、突出矿井瓦斯治理的常规手段之一。
Gao cheng coal mine is coal and gas outburst mine, its primary mineable coal seam has outburst risk and low permeability. In order to resolve difficult problem of gas control, hydraulic fracturing technology for permeability-increasing and gas extraction using crossing borehole in threesoft outburst coal seam was researched. Research results show that hydraulic fracturing technology using crossing borehole can increase permeability of outburst seam evidently, gas concentration and pure quantity of gas extraction were increased evidently. Hydraulic fracturing technology can resolve difficult problem of gas extraction in low permeability coal seam, it can be as one of conventional means for gas control in high gas and outburst mine.
