基于组合赋权法的隐患排查治理能力体系评价研究

Evaluation System of Investigation and Risk Management Ability Based on Method of Combination Weighting

为评价煤矿企业自身隐患排查治理能力,建立隐患排查治理能力指标体系模型,应用熵值法与变异系数法的组合赋权法克服熵值法求权重的缺陷,利用Matlab工具求解熵值法权重,最后通过综合指数评价法实现对隐患排查治理能力动态、综合评价及对比,为隐患排查治理能力评价提供一种新的手段,实现隐患排查治理的后评价。结果表明:该评价方法具有一定的应用价值与理论意义。

In order to evaluate the capacity of coal enterprises in investigation and risk management,the mode of investigation and risk management indicator system is established, to overcome the defects in application of weighting entropy method, we combine entropy method with coefficient of variation method, besides, the Matlab tool is also used for solving entropy method weight, finally, through the comprehensive index evaluation method, we reach the goal that the capacity of hidden danger governance can dynamic, comprehensive evaluation and comparison,the method provides a new means for the evaluation of investigation and risk management ability, realizing the post evaluation of hidden investigation and management. The results show: this evaluation method has some theoretical significance and application value.
