工作面过断层煤壁注浆加固实践与理论分析 被引量:18

摘要 通过对嘉乐泉矿2804工作面进行现场观测,得到断层下工作面顶板的破断规律及矿压分布特征,建立工作面直接顶模型,利用位移变分法推导出工作面顶板沉降量计算公式,定量分析工作面注浆加固后煤体弹性模量的提高对顶板沉降量的影响,结果表明:注浆加固后随着煤体弹性模量增大,顶板下沉量逐渐减小,当煤体弹性模量增加到3 500 MPa时,顶板下沉量随煤体弹性模量增大而减小的速度变缓,且煤体强度太高,不利于割煤。 Can be observed through the Jialequan mine 2804 working face, get under the fault working face roof breaking rules and mine pressure distribution characteristics, establish working surface model of immediate roof, the displacement variational method to derive the formula to calculate the settlement of working face roof, quantitative analysis to improve the work surface grouting reinforcement coal bulk modulus in effect, the settlement results show that: after grouting reinforcement elastic modulus increases with the coal, roof subsidence decreases, when the coal body elastic modulus increases to 3500 MPa, roof subsidence and decreased slowly with the increase of elastic modulus of coal, and coal body intensity is high, is not conducive to cut coal.
