摘要
针对响水矿松软煤层巷道掘进过程中顶板事故频发、掘进速度缓慢造成的采掘衔接紧张及吨煤投资不断增加的情况,采用半圆拱形断面改善了巷道的受力情况,特别是永久支护采用U形钢,临时支护采用上梁杠杆对架棚上梁工艺的改进,有效控制了巷道围岩变形破坏,顶板事故次数大幅度下降,巷道掘进速度加快,工人劳动强度明显降低,工效明显提高,保证了煤矿安全生产。
In order to eliminate the roof accidents in soft coal seam roadway drivage process in Xiangshui mine, deal with the time problem of mining, and to reduce the tonnage expenditure, the stress of semicircle arch has been researched. The results suggest that the stress of roadway and the deformation and fracture of roadway were been effective controlled, because of the U-shape steal was been used in permanent support and the craft was improved in temporary support, this field experiment confirms that the new support pattern was effectively, and the results of our investigation may supply important guidance for the coal mine safety production.
