摘要
针对矿井紧急避险系统内压风系统遭到破坏、备用电源或备用压缩空气瓶耗尽时气体无法净化的问题,提出了一种多功能组合式气体净化处理装置,集气动、电动和人力3种驱动方式于一体。实现了药剂并、串联相结合的气体净化模式,并重点对脚踏机构进行优化,使其运转灵活,提高了人体操作的舒适性,可实现20 min内对20 m3的有效生存空间进行不低于5次的气体循环净化。
Aiming at problem that when compressed air system in system of mine urgent danger is destroyed, the standby power supply or standby compressed air bottles are depleted, gas can not be purified. Proposes a kind of multi assembly gas purifying device, which is gathered in the integral whole that three drive modes involving pneumatic, electric and human. Gas purification model of reagent's parallel and series connection is realized, foot mechanism is optimized subsequently, so it can run flexibly and comfort of human operation is improved, gas circular purification of no less than 5times can be realized in the internal 20 m3 effective living space.
