摘要
随着科学技术的发展,自动化控制在煤矿开采中得以广泛应用。以纵轴掘进机为研究对象,建立了截割臂运动的动力学模型,通过PLC编程设计实现了井下巷道掘进工作中的断面自动成形功能。研究为掘进机定向纠偏、位姿检测等研究提供了参考,为井下无人掘进提供了科学依据。
With the development of science and technology, automation control can be widely used in coal mine. The vertical axis machine as the research object, established the dynamic model of cutting arm movement, the function of automatic forming section roadway drivage of realized by PLC programming. This study provides a reference for the study of roadheader directional correction, position detection, and provide scientific basis for underground unmanned driving.
