摘要
目前,采用筛管下放工艺进行瓦斯抽采具有一定的优势,但因松软煤层的煤质松软、破碎,易出现塌孔,导致筛管无法下入孔底,造成钻孔实际抽采段缩短,瓦斯抽采效果不理想,为煤矿的安全生产埋下隐患。介绍了一种下筛管专用钻头,探讨了钻头的结构特点,并进行了试制,最后通过现场工业试验验证钻头的使用效果。
Nowadays, for drilling in the low permeability soft and outburst seam, there are some advantages using the process of screen pipe in gas extraction. However, due to the soft and broken coal seam, it easily causes drills collapse, leading to no reach to the bottom for screen pipe, and therefore reduces the practical gas extraction section, influences the effect of gas extraction, which brings out hidden trouble for safety in production of coal mine. A kind of bit using process of screen pipe used in soft and outburst seam was introduced,the structural characteristics of which was discussed, and trial manufacture were researched. Finally, field tests have verified the application effect of the bit using process of screen pipe.
