摘要
我国薄煤层开采中一直存在采高低、设备移动困难、工作面环境差、投入产出比低、经济效益小等问题。在薄煤层液压支架设计中采用Pro/E能够优化设计环境,对薄煤层液压支架处于各种状态的动态参数进行快速确定,提高结果的准确性和可视化程度,便于设计人员随时修改设计参数,调整设计方案,缩短研发周期,降低研发成本。将会对基于Pro/E的薄煤层液压支架设计与实现作详细探讨。
Thin seam mining in China has been mining height, equipment, mobile hard working surface environment, input and output ratio is low, the economic benefit etc.. Using Pro/E in designing hydraulic support in thin coal seam can optimize the design environment, the dynamic parameters of hydraulic support of thin coal seam in various states were rapidly determined, raise the accuracy and visualization, to facilitate the design personnel to modify the design parameters, adjust the design scheme, shorten the development cycle, reduce the cost of R & D. Will make a detailed study on the design and implementation of thin coal seam hydraulic support based on Pro/E.
