在实际生产应用中,为解决矿用水力作业机收、放管动作及收、放管速度的远程控制和仪表显示问题,提出并设计出一种矿用水力作业机远程控制仪。介绍远程控制仪的工作原理,设计远程控制仪的机械组合机构。经实际应用证明矿用水力作业机收、放管动作控制灵敏,收、放管速度控制和显示精确,各项指标达到煤矿安全规程的要求。

In actual production application,Aimed to solve the action and speed for remote control in extended tube or collecting tube of the mine coiled tubing equipment,remote control device of mine coiled tubing equipment was proposed and designed.The working process of remote control device was introduced, a mechanical combined structure was designed. Application result shows that the action and speed for remote control in extended tube or collecting tube of the mine coiled tubing equipment is sensitive and display accuracy. Besides, all the indexes reached the standards of the coal mine safety regulations.
