为确定拟建天源选煤厂的洗选工艺,对原煤的物理性质、筛分及浮沉资料的综合分析,通过采用重介质旋流器与跳汰机、无压给料方式与有压给料方式、入洗前脱泥与不脱泥的工艺的对比,最终确定入洗前脱泥、采用无压重介质旋流器进行主洗的选煤方法,该工艺能够提高洗选效率,降低企业的生产成本。
